Quest on Transmutter
In, Green Despair (GD) look for Port Manager Karter. He is beside the Armor NPC.
Then go find Yerte(Core Alchemist) in Port Lux. Just Straight and the last NPC on the left is Yerte.
Then talk to him you will find there's quest about transmutter. Then, after you get the quest you need to talk to all the Core Alchemist in town (Green Despair,Dessert Scream,Bloody Ice).
After you finish all the talking you need to go back to yerte.Then, yerte will ask you to choice what kind of transmutter you want, choose what you want and there you have it your transmutter.
Then go find Yerte(Core Alchemist) in Port Lux. Just Straight and the last NPC on the left is Yerte.
Then talk to him you will find there's quest about transmutter. Then, after you get the quest you need to talk to all the Core Alchemist in town (Green Despair,Dessert Scream,Bloody Ice).
After you finish all the talking you need to go back to yerte.Then, yerte will ask you to choice what kind of transmutter you want, choose what you want and there you have it your transmutter.

Upgrade Using Catalyst Guide
Where to Upgrade Slotted Items:
In every town there is a Alchemist NPC. Talk to him/her and click the upgrade buttons.
How to Upgrade Slotted Items:
In order to upgrade your slotted you will need to have a "Slotted Items" and "Force Core".
What kind of Force Core:
There are 3 kinds of force core.
1.Force Core Low
2.Force Core Medium
3.Force Core High
Important:
You must read the the Force Core details to know what kind of Items needed to use it.
This List will help you to know what Catalyst to use in order to get the Effect you want to your Items.

To gain the level 1 effects, you need 1 slotted items to put on to your catalyst slot and 1 force core.
Needed Item :
To gain the level 2 effects, you need 2 slotted item and 2 force core it will be 25% success for level 2 upgrade.
